Allotment in Winter is a snow scene winter landscape painting of an allotment plot at City Road Allotments in Dundee City of Discovery. Plenty tumbledown sheds, pots, boxes, water barrels, broken fences, wheelbarrows and greenhouses. Crops and many weeds abound but hidden by a deep covering of snow. The low winter sun casts long shadows over the snow covered plots.
