“The Gift Shop” oil, 18 × 12 inches

The Gift Shop painted in oils came from some photos taken while on holiday down south in England in the Fens. The shop was very bright and attractive and passers by were dressed in bright clothes while on holiday. My camera was very busy as there was plenty great images to capture on canvas, once I returned home from my holiday. Sometimes attractive groups of shoppers may find themselves in a few paintings. The lady in the red dress with colourful kids was a sure winner.
